lately

Things have been crazy lately!
We are in the process of moving and painting our new little fixer up'er, the girls are crawling everywhere, and I haven't cooked in weeks! Hopefully things are going to settle down really soon, just as soon as their FIRST birthday party is here in one week!

The toys always start out in the basket and always end up like this, every time. Even if they aren't playing with the toys. They told me its just unacceptable for toys to be in a basket and they are actually doing me a favor.

I love sleeping babies. Mine, in particular ;)

To a mom who makes the most divine chocolate chip cookies and the most delicious leftover thanksgiving turkey sandwiches known to man

 To a mom who never said no to asking what the happy meal toy was and if we could get a different one because we already had that one...LOL
To a mom who made sure we had swim lessons and knew how to swim even in a deep lake

To a mom who never missed a band concert, and never forgot to tell me how pretty I looked up on stage (even in that black polyester tent of a band dress...)
To a mom who traveled across the country with me for several different college tours. We got lost in Nashville, we looked up Jon Benet Ramsey's house in Boulder, and you tripped and sprained your ankle in Bloomington. But all the same, you did it for me and I felt so special because of it

To a mom with a serious love of disneyland and nice hotels...or even a nice hotel in disneyland ;)
To a mom who loves going out to breakfast just as much as I do!

To a mom who sends her daughter presents for mother's day :)

To a mom who unknowingly taught me what it means to be kind and to sacrifice


To a nana who spoils her little "sugar plums" beyond belief...
