32 weeks...

...and the buns are officially too big for the oven.

in fact, this oven is having a breakdown almost on a daily basis because of the lack of sleep/overall feeling of PAIN IN MY BODYYYYYYY.
measuring past full-term means that it hurts to sleep, it hurts to eat, it most definitely hurts to walk.
boohoo.

here's hoping these next few weeks go by quick! We're ready to see our little girls and I'm ready to be sleep-deprived because of newborn babies instead of pain.

pregnancy sometimes.

sometimes when you're pregnant, the price is right turns into your favorite show ever, while your previous favorite show, a baby story, is now the most awful thing in the world to watch.

other times, it is perfectly normal to watch repeats of the bachelor while eating embarrassing amounts of cereal for dinner.

sometimes, you start uncontrollably crying because the FedEx man is a day late and you wanted that package on time, dang it all.

sometimes, you stare at your huge belly and laugh out loud when it looks like a sci-fi movie. "IT'S ALIVEEE!"

sometimes, you go to the Y and hop on the treadmill just so that you can watch the view, price is right, and other shows of the elderly. this is what happens when you don't have cable, trust me.

sometimes when you're pregnant, rubbing your belly with obscene amounts of vaseline seems like a great idea...until you realize that this stuff is greasy, sticky, and now all over the freshly laundered sheets.

other times, you use your husband's grandma's permit to park in the handicapped parking spots and don't feel bad about it...at all.

sometimes, you crave oranges, dove ice cream bars, and macaroni and cheese. other times, you eat all of the above foods and then throw them all up. yummy.

sometimes, you unhook your bra in public because it is
just. too. painful.
[why does it seem like my ribcage is getting bigger by the hour?!]

and best of all, sometimes you wake up forty million times each night to go pee. and getting all situated back in bed is equivalent to a beached whale trying to get back to sea.

wishlist

fun fact:
I have an entire folder in my favorites bookmarked "things I want"-
this started off with just things that I didn't want to forget about, like new mascara or nail polish, but now I have to admit its gotten a little bit out of control.
baby goats, private islands, cole haan pumps...a girl can dream, right?
well, here are a few more realistic products on my wishlist right now:

I have loved these pastel latte bowls from Anthropologie for a very long time. When I read nienie's story I loved them even more and now I want to start the same tradition with joel.

obviously something divine has to fill those adorable bowls.
this ice cream is on my wishlist forever. if you like marshmallows, caramel, and fish-shaped chocolate pieces, then you have just hit the jackpot. best. ice cream. ever. ever. ever. with the exception of baskin robbins' gold medal ribbon with gummy bears on top.

Korres cherry full color gloss in Rose 22. According to many of the beauty blogs that I follow, this stuff is the holy grail of lip gloss. Unfortunately for me, carmex is just so much more affordable than the $17 pricetag on this little winner.

this couch:

Joel and I really need a new couch. Ours is not our friend. I can imagine its only going to get more disgusting once I start nursing two babies on it. YAY!

these shoes from land's end:

and these shoes:

because my feet hurt. all the time. I used to be able to walk forever without my feet hurting, and now I'm limited to about 30 minutes at target and then mama is in pain.
also, because joel recently told me he doesn't like my super cool nike shox that I've had since sophomore year of high school. come on! the nerve of that guy!
