wishlist
fun fact:
I have an entire folder in my favorites bookmarked "things I want"-
this started off with just things that I didn't want to forget about, like new mascara or nail polish, but now I have to admit its gotten a little bit out of control.
baby goats, private islands, cole haan pumps...a girl can dream, right?
well, here are a few more realistic products on my wishlist right now:
I have loved these pastel latte bowls from Anthropologie for a very long time. When I read nienie's story I loved them even more and now I want to start the same tradition with joel.
obviously something divine has to fill those adorable bowls.
this ice cream is on my wishlist forever. if you like marshmallows, caramel, and fish-shaped chocolate pieces, then you have just hit the jackpot. best. ice cream. ever. ever. ever. with the exception of baskin robbins' gold medal ribbon with gummy bears on top.
Korres cherry full color gloss in Rose 22. According to many of the beauty blogs that I follow, this stuff is the holy grail of lip gloss. Unfortunately for me, carmex is just so much more affordable than the $17 pricetag on this little winner.

Joel and I really need a new couch. Ours is not our friend. I can imagine its only going to get more disgusting once I start nursing two babies on it. YAY!

because my feet hurt. all the time. I used to be able to walk forever without my feet hurting, and now I'm limited to about 30 minutes at target and then mama is in pain.
also, because joel recently told me he doesn't like my super cool nike shox that I've had since sophomore year of high school. come on! the nerve of that guy!

tonight is the night of [ice cream] love
a long time ago, I broke up with my boyfriends ben & jerry. it just wasn't a healthy relationship. I've been much better off without them, but being sick and pregnant is just a combination destined for a relapse.
tonight just might be the night of rekindled love for B & J.
why, you ask? [as if I even need a reason]
because joel and I love jimmy fallon.
and jimmy fallon inspired ben & jerry to make a new ice cream:
"Vanilla Bean Ice Cream with a Salty Caramel Swirl & Fudge Covered Potato Chip Clusters"
salty and sweet goodness!
this is almost as good as french fries in a wendy's frosty!
"up yours, cash robot. we ain't friends, just give me my money"
and speaking of unhealthy obsessions and late night with jimmy fallon, could someone please tell my husband that it is reallllllyyyyyy annoying to hear THIS video being played over and over again. he loves it.
like, really, he loves it.

just a little support
I love being pregnant, and then sometimes I don't. Its about 50/50. I love feeling kicks on opposite sides of my tummy, sometimes those little kicks are even synchronized at the same time. I love maternity clothes and never having to worry about "sucking it in" and I definitely love when I swim laps and I do the backstroke with my belly sticking up and out of the water.
other things, like molten lava heartburn and back pain, I don't love.
my sis-in-law let me borrow her maternity support belt. I couldn't figure out which side was front and back, so I googled it to find out.
the velcro goes in front, FYI.
lucky for me, I also found some real winners.
for my friends who aren't yet pregnant, look what you have to look forward to! ;)
the SNOOGLE! this is a weird noodle-shaped pillow that I wouldn't turn down if someone wanted to give one to me.
the "prenatal cradle":
and then there's my all-time favorite, the V2 supporter:

...well that sounds enjoyable.

latest love: miyim bunnies
I got the best surprise in the mail today--an easter package from my mom! And inside, these adorable bunnies that I originally found here and then added to my amazon registry. they are precious!
these little cuties are made of certified nontoxic, organic cotton and they get their color from natural, plant-derived dyes. but really, I'm just obsessed with them because they are stuffed to the max so that the girls can chew/love on them all day long without them falling apart. adorable + awesome quality + comes in an equally adorable box = perfection. the girls say "thanks, nana!"
among all those goodies that made me smile were some other bunnies for me and the mister...solid chocolate bunnies. oh yes. don't wimp out this easter with a hollow bunny. go solid or go home.

spring
makes me so happy
spring cleaning...not so much.
space bags: so great. I know they look all wrinkled, but these things seriously store some clothes and save space like no other. plus, its pretty much the funnest thing EVER to suck out all the air with the vacuum and watch your clothes shrink before your eyes. good times.

goodbye scarves!
my current project is our wedding photo album *blush*
yes, we've been married over two years. and yes, I'm just now getting motivated to do it. I figure its got to be done before these babies come. and then someday when my children graduate high school hopefully their baby albums will be finished. but, no promises.
